Hello Brian,

I wanted to send you an email to thank you so much for the outstanding service and great installation. You have been great through the whole process, despite all the changes I made and the 10+ months it took us to finally get it done. Both the guys who did the installation did a great job, I think my house turned out cleaner when they left then it was when they got there. I am generally very cautious about who is in my house when our daughter is home but everyone with your company put my mind at ease! The closet where the furnace is looks great, they did a wonderful job installing the plug in the hall and there is no longer a hole in the closet where the furnace is. Thank you so much!!!!! It was such a wonderful surprise to get all the copies I needed of receipts for the PG&G rebate as well as the form filled out for us (I use to work at an insulation place that did work that qualified for the PG&E rebate and we never thought of filling out the form for the customer before). I now know why I got two great referrals to have you install our furnace.
